From the Exton area via Route 30 by-pass

  • Route 30 by-pass, East. -Frazer Exit (exit is on the left).
  • At the end of the exit ramp, right at the light onto business route 30.
  • At the second traffic light, make a right onto Phoenixville Pike (You will see a large sign for Home Depot on this corner).
  • Take the next left into the parking lot for Chester County Commons.
  • Turn right (traffic pattern is one-way) around the entire office complex.
  • Park at the end closest to business route 30, outside of office building #2.

From the Exton area via Business Route 30

  • Business Route 30 East.
  • Cross Ship Road. Pass through The School at Church Farm (on left and right side of Route 30)
  • Pass entrances for Route 30 by-pass.
  • At the second light after entrances for Route 30 by-pass, make a right onto Phoenixville Pike. (You will see a large sign for Home Depot at this corner.)
  • Take the next left into the parking lot for Chester County Commons.
  • Turn right (traffic pattern is one-way) around the entire office complex.
  • Park at the end closest to business route 30, outside of office building #2.

From the Pa. Turnpike

  • Downingtown Exit.
  • Route 100 South for several miles.
  • Left on Business Route 30 (East)
  • Cross Ship Road. Pass through The School at Church Farm (on left and right side of Route 30)
  • Pass entrances for Route 30 by-pass.
  • At the second light after entrances for Route 30 by-pass, make a right onto Phoenixville Pike. (You will see a large sign for Home Depot at this corner.)
  • Take the next left into the parking lot for Chester County Commons.
  • Turn right (traffic pattern is one-way) around the entire office complex.
  • Park at the end closest to business route 30, outside of office building #2.

From the Pa. Turnpike (backroads)

  • Downingtown Exit.
  • Route 100 South.
  • Cross Route 113
  • Make a left at the third light (Ship Rd) after crossing Route 113 (Note: must exit on right to make this left turn.). The Exton diner will be on the far right corner.
  • Travel on Ship Road approx. 1.3 miles and make a left at the first light (Swedesford Road).
  • Travel on Swedesford Road approx one 1 mile and make a right at the first light (Valley Creek Blvd)
  • Travel on Valley Creek Blvd approx 0.6 mile and make a left at the second light (Lincoln Highway/ Business Route 30)
  • At the third light, make a right onto Phoenixville Pike and the next left into Chester County Commons
  • Turn right (traffic pattern is one-way) around the entire office complex.
  • Park at the end closest to business route 30, outside of office building #2.

From the West Chester Area via Route 202

  • Route 202 North -Route 30/ Frazer exit
  • At light at end of exit ramp, make a right onto business route 30.
  • At the next light, make a right on to Phoenixville Pike. (You will see a large sign for Home Depot on this corner).
  • Take the next left into the parking lot for Chester County Commons.
  • Turn right (traffic pattern is one-way) around the entire office complex.
  • Park at the end closest to business route 30, outside of office building #2.

From the King of Prussia and Paoli Area via Route 30 by-pass

  • Route 202 South
  • Route 30 by-pass, West (toward Frazer/ Downingtown). Stay in left lane.
  • Exit for Business Route 30 (on left).
  • At traffic light at bottom of ramp, go left on Business Route 30 (East).
  • At second light, make a right on to Phoenixville Pike. (You will see a large sign for Home Depot on this corner).
  • Take the next left into the parking lot for Chester County Commons.
  • Turn right (traffic pattern is one-way) around the entire office complex.
  • Park at the end closest to business route 30, outside of office building #2.

From the Paoli Area via Business Route 30

  • Business Route 30, West.
  • Pass Paoli Hospital on the right.
  • Several miles later, pass the United Artists movie theatre on the right (in the Malvern/ Frazer area).
  • At the next traffic light, turn left onto Phoenixville Pike. (You will see a large sign for Home Depot on this corner).
  • Take the next left into the parking lot for Chester County Commons.
  • Turn right (traffic pattern is one-way) around the entire office complex.
  • Park at the end closest to business route 30, outside of office building #2.
